The Little One offers Japanese desserts in a casual setting, serving up simple recipes focused on quality ingredients. The Little One incorporates the initials of the dessert shop’s owners, Olivia and Eddie, “O” a(N)d “E,” who started the business when both became tired of the restaurant industry and wanted to open up a place of their own.

Olivia and Eddie, both Chinese, drew on their experiences in the restaurant and bakery industries when bringing their idea to life. They chose Chinatown because they felt there was no better place than where they grew up to start their business. Despite losing 70% of sales due to COVID, The Little One stayed afloat by transitioning to a “to go” friendly concept.

The spot is perfect for couples, groups of friends, and families. Popular items include kakigōri, ice cream sandwiches, matcha banana pudding, and hojicha tiramisu. Stop by The Little One for some sweet and super photogenic desserts!
